Calls, SMS, and consent
Last updated September 15, 2026. These notices describe the current request service.
The exact consent shown on the form
By checking this box, I agree that ClearPath may call and text me at the number I provide about my water damage request, including using an automated dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. I agree to the Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. No contractor is authorized to contact me by this consent; any provider-specific consent will be requested separately.
Consent text version: 2026-09-15.1
What checking the box means
The box is not checked in advance. Your affirmative selection permits ClearPath to contact the number you supply about your request. It does not confirm a visit, require a purchase, or authorize an unidentified contractor to contact you.
What is recorded
We store the exact consent text and version, your decision, a server-generated timestamp, and your IP address and user agent when available. The record is tied to the same lead ID as your request and activity history.
Current messaging status
Automated SMS, outbound calling, and provider calendar connections are not enabled in this version. Submitting saves a request; it does not send a confirmation text. When a messaging channel is enabled, its STOP and HELP handling and verified support contact must be configured before messages are sent.
Withdraw your permission
This control applies to the request linked to this browser. It records your withdrawal and marks that request “Do not contact.” It does not erase the consent audit record.
Launch readiness: the operator must review these notices with qualified counsel, add its legal identity and contact information, and establish its retention and privacy-request process before public use.
