Information we collect
When you interact with the request flow, we store a request ID, ZIP code, availability checks, and interaction timestamps. If you submit, we also store your first name, phone number, property and damage answers, contact preference, and the exact consent text and version. Consent records include the timestamp, IP address when available, and browser user agent.
Attribution and browser storage
We record campaign parameters such as UTM tags and advertising click identifiers (including GCLID, FBCLID, and MSCLKID) when present, along with the landing page and referring page. An essential HTTP-only request cookie links your interactions to the same record for up to 24 hours. We also use Google Analytics to measure site usage, including page views, referral sources, and browser and device information. Google Analytics uses cookies and sends usage information to Google. Request records are not stored in localStorage. Withdrawing contact consent below does not disable analytics cookies.
How information is used
Information is stored in the connected Neon database to manage your request, check coverage, record consent, and understand how requests reach the service. Database hosting and application infrastructure process information on our behalf. This version does not automatically send SMS, place calls, route leads to contractors, or record AI conversations.
Sharing and service providers
ClearPath is a referral service. Before authorizing a contractor to contact you, we will identify the provider and request any separate consent needed. Your current ClearPath consent does not authorize an unidentified contractor to contact you. No advertising-based sale or sharing mechanism is enabled in this version.
Retention and access
Request and audit records remain stored until the operator removes them under its retention policy; the 24-hour browser cookie does not delete the database record. A production retention schedule and a verified contact channel for access, correction, or deletion requests must be published before public launch. Do not provide sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or financial account details.
Your contact choices
This control applies to the request linked to this browser. It records your withdrawal and marks that request “Do not contact.” It does not erase the consent audit record.
Launch readiness: the operator must review these notices with qualified counsel, add its legal identity and contact information, and establish its retention and privacy-request process before public use.
