Terms of using ClearPath
Last updated September 15, 2026. These notices describe the current request service.
Our role
ClearPath provides a request and referral service. We are not a restoration contractor, insurer, emergency response service, or legal adviser. Independent providers are responsible for their estimates, qualifications, contracts, and work. Verify any required license and insurance directly with the provider.
A request is not a booking
Checking a ZIP code or submitting a form does not confirm an appointment, dispatch a provider, or guarantee coverage. A visit is booked only when an available provider confirms an actual time with you. If there is no active coverage, a notification request is a waitlist entry only.
Prices and insurance
There is no payment required to submit a ClearPath request. Restoration services may involve charges under a separate agreement with the provider. Get a written estimate before authorizing work. We do not determine insurance coverage or guarantee reimbursement.
Safety and urgent situations
Do not rely on this website for emergency response. Stay away from standing water near electrical equipment and avoid contaminated water. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. General guides do not replace an on-site assessment by a qualified professional.
Accurate information and permitted use
Submit information only for a property or request you are authorized to manage. Do not submit another person’s phone number without their permission, misuse the service, or attempt to access another visitor’s records.
Contact permission
Submitting a request requires the separate, unchecked consent control shown in the form. You may withdraw that permission using your contact choices. Additional contractor-specific consent will be requested separately where needed.
Launch readiness: the operator must review these notices with qualified counsel, add its legal identity and contact information, and establish its retention and privacy-request process before public use.
